Incredibly versatile, the padded and flexible exercise bar is more than 2.5' long, features foam-covered handles and includes three anchor holes on each side where the tube can be attached. With more than 6' of Yellow Tubing providing the resistance, the variety of exercises is nearly unlimited as Tubing presents a challenge comparable to weight training. For the upper body, the Bar and Tubing enable arm extensions, chest presses, curls, lifts, rows and many others exercise options. For the lower body, the device lets users perform kickbacks, extensions, crunches, lifts and extensions that will aid from the toes to the hips.
