Our knowledgeable and friendly sales experts are one phone call away, which means we have you covered for any questions or comments you may have along the way, and you never have to turn to a phone robot for answers. Purchase 

As a customer, you can start one of two ways! You can order directly through our website, www.usmedrehab.com, or you can call us at 888-581-5504 to place your order. Our updated inventory can be found on our website. We are also available to answer any questions or concerns you may have before you place your order by phone, chat, or email. While you will not find a better deal anywhere else, some of the price tags on our products may be quite a commitment. Just like any other expensive purchase you might make, it is easier to hand over your hard earned dollar to someone you can trust, whether it may be a car, house, or exercise machine. US MedRehab has had thousands of satisfied customers since we opened in 2018. Our services have helped hundreds of people live a healthier and happier life, and we hope we can help you do the same! 

Delivery 

US MedRehab takes the worry away from the delivery process. Smaller items are delivered using standard delivery services such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Larger items are unable to be delivered using these services, and instead are couriered by contracted delivery personnel. 

For larger items like exercise and rehab equipment, we offer two types of delivery: standard and White Glove. Standard delivery includes the shipping and drop-off of your unit. These drivers are only required to deliver your unit to your property, and may leave it at the easiest access point, whether that be a driveway, path, stoop, etc. Standard delivery does not include setup or packaging removal. At least two people are recommended for help when moving the unit, and US MedRehab does not provide help with standard delivery. The carrier company will contact you regarding the date and time they will be at your home to deliver the unit. 

White Glove delivery removes the stress from the delivery process. It includes delivery, set up, and packaging removal. This option is ideal if you cannot move heavy objects or do not have help to do so. White Glove delivery ensures that your unit is delivered safely, brought inside your home, set where you want it, assembled (if necessary), and all packaging is removed. Packaging includes the palette, plastics, and other packing materials. While Glove delivery personnel generally do not know details about our products, so are unable to answer questions you may have about the unit. However, our sales team is always available to answer questions by phone before, during, and after purchase and delivery.
