This Certified Pre-Owned StepOne provides a smooth, total body functional movement. It features low starting resistance, direct wheelchair access, adjustable arm length and handle angle, customizable programs and documentation to help users reach their goals.

We strive to ship your order using the fastest and most reliable methods available to us. When your order ships out you will be notified with an email containing tracking information. Please track your package on carrier's website or by calling them for a smoother experience.

Please allow a few days for orders to process. Our employees work very hard to ship every order out as soon as possible.

Smaller items typically ship within 2 to 5 days. Larger items can take 2 to 4 weeks. Please consult with a sales specialist for a more exact time frame.

All smaller items or supply orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise directed. UPS and USPS Delivery policies apply. All prices are FOB Shipping Point and Shipping Charges are added to invoice according to the Terms agreed upon by between Supplier and Customer.

For Large or Heavy Items we use LTL Freight Shipping and Contracted Shipping. Contracted Shippers may not have tracking numbers as these are smaller family companies. Wheelchair access makes all the difference!

"I live in a 55+ adult community. Our clubhouse purchased a SciFit with our aging or disabled in mind. I was thrilled to be able to get a full body workout from my wheelchair! I don’t know of any other machines that accommodate a wheelchair for a lower body workout. I have MS and have lost mobility and strength. It feels absolutely amazing to be able to exert with my legs again. (One can only do so much with resistance bands). The fact that I can strength train and get cardio at the same time while being easy on my joints has proven super beneficial. Even my neurologist has noticed that I am regaining strength in my legs. I love this machine so much, that I purchased one for myself. The fact that I can leave the seat off, and roll in whenever I want to is great!. I exercise almost daily now, 60 minutes each. I am able to challenge myself with the extensive amount of settings. This machine is perfect in my opinion. Shout out to AJ who answered my extensive questions then helped me through the purchase and delivery process. Great service!"
