Just the best!

"Currently have a NuStep 5xr. quite a few years old but used about 5 hours per week. Suffered one major breakdown that was well repaired at no cost by NuStep. Warning signs of a similar problem have arisen of late and I have purchased another 5xr which is currently being shipped to me. Again NuStep will come through with a partial refund for the used equipment that I will return to them! I love my Nustep and the company is very good about their guarantees!"

Super quiet and easy to use

"The title of this review says it all. This machine came completely set up. It had been crated/packed very well by NuStep. The shipping system was poorly managed by Pilot Freight. We were given one arrival date, only to find out that Pilot Freight had turned the shipment over to a local delivery company after it reached our city. This was unacceptable since it extended the arrival time and, more importantly, had to be loaded and offloaded several additional times. The seat is very comfortable and easy to adjust, as are the arm devices. The screen is easy to read, navigate, and understand. It's nice to be able to record the workouts on the NuStep app as well as on a USB card (placed into the back of the screen housing). During the workout, the machine makes hardly any noise, assuming you don't bang the pedals against the stops (which we learned early on, not to do). We bought this machine without ever having tried it out; it was highly recommended by a friend. It's too early to tell if this machine is worth the super-high price that we paid for it, especially when compared to other brands with identical features that cost half the price. I wish there was an extended warranty policy that we could buy from NuStep."

My NuStep T5RXW arrived on

"My NuStep T5RXW arrived on March 8th 2021. I was so excited I waited with baited breath for its arrival. It took slightly longer to get here due to the snow and shipping delays, but I was like a kid at Christmas when it was dropped off on my doorstep. Being the head of a large family, I insisted that all my children and wife give it a try, and several loved it as much as I do. I first discovered the NuStep during Cardiac rehab and found that it was a machine that did the job without putting undue stress on my knees; smooth operator. After graduating rehab, I struggled to find the motivation to workout. When my doctors started talking about insulin, I knew that I needed to add some exercise back into my routine. The NuStep was my go-to and I did not hesitate to purchase one for in home use. It was a machine that I knew I enjoyed and would actually use on a regular basis. I love that it records the data and I can import it to a nice excel sheet. The swivel seat is the best thing ever! It makes it easier to get on and off the machine, and being a big guy, I really appreciate that. I also love that it does not take any electricity and the electronics are powered by myself. My wife and kids enjoy seeing the progress I am making and I can’t wait to see the transformations the family goes through."
