The NuStep T5 Recumbent Cross Trainer provides a low impact, inclusive, total-body cardiovascular and strengthening workout with a remarkable combination of motivating features and accessibility through its step-through design, resistance levels, and workout programs.

After a four-year collaborative effort that drew on the expertise of exercise physiologists, ergonomic specialists and especially our customers, NuStep introduced the T5 Recumbent Cross Trainer.

The all new T5 represents the full power of NuStep innovation with an extended range of features, adjustments, and versatility, all designed to offer the benefits of life transforming exercise to more users. Whatever your level of function, from deconditioned or disabled users to workout warriors and elite athletes, the Nustep T5 offers safe, effective, and adaptive exercise. No other exercise machine is as accessible, supportive, and versatile. Its versatility and display features take it a step above its competition. The workout is a natural motion that is easy on the hip and knee joints in a biomechanically correct workout position. It allows for Nustep T5 Total Body Conditioning of the cardiovascular and muscular systems.

We strive to ship your order using the fastest and most reliable methods available to us. When your order ships out you will be notified with an email containing tracking information. Please track your package on carrier's website or by calling them for a smoother experience.

Please allow a few days for orders to process. Our employees work very hard to ship every order out as soon as possible.

Smaller items typically ship within 2 to 5 days. Larger items can take 2 to 4 weeks. Please consult with a sales specialist for a more exact time frame.

All smaller items or supply orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise directed. UPS and USPS Delivery policies apply. All prices are FOB Shipping Point and Shipping Charges are added to invoice according to the Terms agreed upon by between Supplier and Customer.

For Large or Heavy Items we use LTL Freight Shipping and Contracted Shipping. Contracted Shippers may not have tracking numbers as these are smaller family companies. Just what I needed

"I love the NuStep but never thought I could afford to have one in my own home. After a spinal cord injury, though, my therapists encouraged me to use one regularly and the best way to do that was my own equipment. Best Exercise equipment I've used

"I'm in Physical Therapy and have the opportunity to use the NuStep machine every time I go. It's easy to use, easy on the body, and very comfortable. The arm extenders and seat are easily adjusted. I love it so much I want one for my home. The only setback is the cost though getting free shipping is always a Big Plus. I still plan to purchase one for my husband and I. As we get older we need something that won't be hard on the body and this is the one that will be perfect for both of us. But for now, I will go to Physical Therapy and use theirs."
