All smaller items or supply orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise directed. UPS and USPS Delivery policies apply. All prices are FOB Shipping Point and Shipping Charges are added to invoice according to the Terms agreed upon by between Supplier and Customer.

For Large or Heavy Items we use LTL Freight Shipping and Contracted Shipping. Contracted Shippers may not have tracking numbers as these are smaller family companies. "A very good piece of exercise equipment for older people. No pain but alot of gain. My wife and I do 20 minute sessions twice a day and we both feel more energetic and a feeling of accomplishment. It's a lot of money but the results are great. I wish it didn't take 5 weeks to get it."

"This is our second unit-- the first one was destroyed by a total house fire. Suggest instructions should come with first time buyers, plus directions for wearable monitor which connects user to mpnitor for heart rate. Great product; highly recommend!"

"Chair expensive but works great and is the same model my wife a stroke victim used in rehab. Had linear motion bike for 2 weeks and is help strengthen her legs. Easy to get her on machine and she has increase from 15 minutes a day to 25 minutes a day in the 2 weeks. Recommend"

"I have only had my CPO T4R for a week but it is phenomenal. I have bad arthritis and was in pain every time I stood up. After using the NuStep every day for 20 minutes my legs have improved immeasurably!! My legs are stronger and the pain is almost gone. Imagine what I will be like after I build up my exercise time! I have been responsible for the purchase of 5 of these machines in our retirement community so I am quite familiar with them.. Do these CPO machines have the locking feature for getting on and off the machine? Please advise.: Hello, Thanks for your interest in our products!
